Meet Marilee
A high level of ethics, expert negotiation skills, and a no-pressure approach have won Marilee Wolf recognition, awards, and referrals year after year.
I’m Marilee Wolf. When you work with me, I’m going to listen to you and respect your needs, create a strategic plan to reach your goals and fiercely protect your money. My passion, grit, and honest-to-goodness desire to do what is best for you are deeply rooted in who I am. You'll understand your options and the contracts involved because I will clearly explain them. No matter your home’s value, you’ll receive white-glove service, expert advice, and caring respect.
After a successful career in marketing at The Franklin Institute Science Museum and then taking time to be a stay-at-home mom, I became a REALTOR® in 2004. Through tireless work and a "never-give-up" attitude, I successfully navigated my way through some of the toughest times in real estate history to attain top awards. I truly have the heart of a teacher and want you to participate in your real estate transaction in the most informed way possible. Because of this, I believe in being a life-long learner and knowledge broker about my craft. I am constantly sharpening my understanding of the nuances within the contracts you'll face so that you will be protected and have the upper hand. In addition, I consistently study what the top housing experts are reporting so that I can speak with authority about our local real estate market conditions and give you the most up-to-date advice.

Home Buying Tip:
Buying a home is both a financial and an emotional transaction. It's important to assure that the money not only makes sense for YOU and for the location you've chosen but also that the property makes sense for your lifestyle goals. I'm here to help you keep these things balanced and to help you make good decisions.
Home Selling Tip
Enter the market with a realistic list price. Pricing your home so that potential buyers will see it as a good value will almost ALWAYS result in you getting the best price and the best terms. Pricing high to give wiggle room for negotiations is not a good strategy, even in a sellers' market.
